Our billing/insurance department is available to answer your questions from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and Friday 8:30 until 12:00, by dialing (310) 540-6918 and speaking with Daisy.

If you find it more convenient than mailing a check, you may pay your bill using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ATM.
